Architecte, un métier de passion!
Etre architecte, c’est être à l’écoute des besoins et des attentes de ses clients, c’est traduire à travers le dessin et la construction, un programme, un projet de vie ou un investissement, c’est allier la créativité et la technicité, le réglementaire et les idées novatrices, l’urbanisme, et l’environnement, c’est convaincre un jury, c’est négocier avec les entreprises.
Diplômée de Val de Seine en 2002, spécialisée dans les projets neufs, d'extension, de réhabilitation et de surélévation, je me charge du dépôt, du suivi et de l’obtention des autorisations administratives, du lancement des appels d'offres aux entreprises et du suivi des travaux.
J’interviens, par ailleurs, sur :
Les litiges en construction/travaux/sinistres, en apportant mon expertise et mon analyse auprès d’avocats pour défendre vos intérêts.
Les dossier Ad'AP pour l'accès et l'aménagement pour les personnes handicapées.
Les projets en copropriété (ravalement, travaux d’entretiens, de rénovation...).
L’étude de faisabilité de terrains pour des promotions immobilières.
Renovation totale d'une maison de ville
Rénovation lourde d'une habitation, reprise en gros-oeuvre, électricité, plomberie, sanitaires...jusqu'au choix du mobilier.
Façade et jardin
Réaménagement des exterieurs, jardin et ravalement de la façade avec mise en lumière...
